It's been hot, there's been celebrating...but I haven't forgotten I need to lose weight!
I'm truly thinking I need to go back to Points Plus or rather Carb Conscious on Healthi. I just can't seem to lose on these "here's a list of zero point foods". Even though I don't overeat on any of it; I would rather have points.
So I'll get started on that next week as we are heading into the fourth of July weekend.
