So I'm back using this blog. I just like the title better and I think it is more me. I've moved everthing over to here, sorry if you see reposts though, it just happens and I'm doing my best to clean it up.
I didn't make my 5 lb loss yet, which is rather upsetting. Shapa still kept me in the Blue, but this morning put me down to Teal. However, my scale has me down in weight from yesterday. I'm so confused!
And that's what comes from too many scales and opinions - LOL!!
I didn't exercise yesterday nor did I eat correctly and yet I had a little loss. That's one good thing!
Today it is snowing and it's suppose to continue all day and then turn to ice before stopping. I hate winter.

Instead of starting another post for today...I'm just going to keep adding to this one if I feel the need.
I just did my walking video. I highly suggest you get to YouTube and look up Walk Away The Pounds. There's many different videos depending on your need. This one is my favorite:
I've done a beginners one too but it shows the timer in the upper corner and I find myself watching that and even though the beginners one is shorter; it feels so much longer with that timer.
Anyway breakfast this morning was 2 slices of 647 Multi-grain bread toasted with 1-1/2 tbsp of peanut butter, banana and coffee. Just needed something a little different. I'll have yogurt or protein drink for a snack later.
