Shapa threw me back into the gray zone; which depresses me a little.
I'm off work today due to having to be on a clear liquid diet for a medical procedure I'm having tomorrow. Just a preventive procedure, nothing serious.
But it got me thinking that Saturday will make a good new start! I really don't want to wait until the start of Kickstart to start over when I can start now and join in with them later. Don't put off what you can do today.
