I'm going to let you in on a Freestyle secret....you are allowed to weigh, measure and/or track the zero foods.
I see way too many people complaining that they can't eat until just satisfied and that they must have portion control.
No where does WW tell you that you cannot weigh, measure and/or track the zero foods. Oh yeah, they say you don't have to....but that doesn't mean that you can't.
Another secret? You don't have to just eat the zero foods. This totally amazes me that people think that! When I see someone say that they are sick of eating just chicken, seafood and beans at every meal, I want to ask "Why are you only eating that?"
I still eat hamburgers, steak, roast beef, pork chops, spaghetti and you name it! I plan when I'm going to do that, put it in the tracker and then plan the rest of the day around that. If my dinner is going to cost me say 17 points....then I need to make zero point choices for my other meals with just a point here or there. And stop worrying over the point value that the zero item use to have - that doesn't matter anymore, forget it!
And calories? If you're going to or want to "calorie count" then Weight Watchers isn't the program for you; there are others that can accommodate you. And even if you want to count calories along with the program, it isn't up to you to tell everyone that the calories and the program don't match up - of course they don't, they aren't suppose to.
And those of you "claiming" that your doctor says that Freestyle is the worse program ever and not to do it? What your doctor is saying is that you shouldn't eat fruit, vegetables and lean proteins! Wow! What is your doctor suggesting you eat? Look, if you don't like the program that's fine, don't do it; but don't use your imaginary doctor to try to back it up. Just move on......
